Conran and Partners is seeking a marketing and communications coordinator to join its London team.
We are seeking a proactive and creative marketing and communications coordinator to join our architecture and interior design practice. Based in our Clerkenwell studio and reporting to the marketing and communications associate, you will work closely with our design and support teams to deliver creative marketing initiatives, support new business activity, and strengthen the studio’s external profile.
The role:
- contribute to the development and delivery of the practice’s marketing and communications strategy across digital, press, events, and business development
- oversee the preparation of new business presentations and visual materials that clearly communicate the studio’s work and values
- manage award submissions, coordinate photography, events, and speaking opportunities, ensuring deadlines and opportunities are managed strategically
- sreate promotional assets and digital content, including editing still and video content for social platforms
- produce clear, engaging copy for marketing materials and digital platforms
- contribute to studio internal and external communications, including press outreach
About you:
- one to two years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role, ideally within an architecture or design practice
- track record of conceptualising and seeing through social media and marketing campaigns across different platforms
- creative nature with excellent graphic skills and an eye for composition with good attention to detail
- proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; video editing skills highly desirable
- confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- working knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling systems
- capable of multitasking, handling a broad range of responsibilities and working to tight deadlines
