Dagmar is seeking a digital marketing and content coordinator to join its team in London.
Dagmar is a fast-growing, high-end Scandinavian design brand based in London with an established global customer base. We work with some of the most design-literate clients in the world and are building one of the most exciting modern Scandinavian furniture brands in the UK.
We are looking for a talented and highly capable Digital Marketing & Content Co-Ordinator to join our small team and take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing and content execution across web, email and social.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is already confident in managing ecommerce updates, running newsletters, and producing high-quality social media content — and who wants a role with real responsibility and long-term growth potential. You’ll work closely with the founder, but you should be independent enough to operate without heavy day-to-day management.
If you are ambitious, creative, organised, and passionate about interiors, design and storytelling — this is a rare opportunity to build a premium global brand and grow quickly with it.
The role
You will be responsible for keeping our digital platforms consistently updated, visually strong, and commercially effective. This role blends creative content creation with ecommerce execution and marketing coordination.
You’ll play a key part in shaping how Dagmar is experienced online — from the website to Instagram to weekly email newsletters.
Responsibilities
Ecommerce and website:
- updating and maintaining the Dagmar ecommerce website (Shopify), including image re-sizing and optimisation
- uploading and improving product listings (copy, imagery, SEO, merchandising)
- supporting site updates including homepage edits, collection updates and seasonal storytelling
- ensuring the site stays visually polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
Email marketing:
- planning and sending a weekly newsletter (Klaviyo, MailChimp or similar)
- building email campaigns around launches, storytelling, events and product highlights
- writing engaging, on-brand copy
Social media management:
- planning and scheduling regular content across Instagram, LinkedIn (and other platforms as needed)
- managing day-to-day posting, stories, community engagement and account maintenance
- creating short-form content (Reels, BTS, interiors, product detail content)
Content creation:
- generating high-end photo, video and written content in-house
- supporting campaign shoots and working with freelancer creatives when needed
- creating simple graphic assets and layouts for digital use
- organising and managing the content library (imagery/video assets)
Reporting and performance:
- Monitoring engagement and performance across web, email and social channels
- Sharing clear updates and ideas with the CEO to improve performance over time
Skills and experience:
- three to six years’ experience in digital marketing and/or content for a premium brand (interiors, furniture, fashion, lifestyle or luxury)
- strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- confident copywriting skills (short + long form)
- able to create and edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom etc.
- experience managing ecommerce websites (Shopify preferred)
- comfortable working independently in a small team
- highly organised and able to manage deadlines without supervision
- passion for interiors, design culture and premium products
- based in London and able to work from our Central London showroom/office

Location and salary
Full-time role based in Central London (hybrid available after initial period). Some travel to Europe may be required for photoshoots, trade shows and factory visits.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 gross per year (depending on experience).
