Able Partners is seeking a social media manager/content lead to join its team in London.
Able Partners is looking for a high-energy, optimistic and adventurous social media manager to help shape the voice of a growing architecture practice. This is a hands-on, in-person role working closely with the founders to develop our communications, storytelling and digital presence as the business continues to expand.
We’re open to candidates from creative backgrounds, including Part 1 architects or design graduates looking to pivot into a more media-focused role.
About the role
You’ll play a central part in how we present our work, ideas and culture to the world. From shaping social campaigns to editing podcast episodes and short films, you’ll help turn complex projects into clear, engaging stories.
Key responsibilities:
- create and manage social media content (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
- edit podcast episodes, short films and multimedia content
- develop social campaigns and support the evolution of our communications strategy
- work directly with the founders on messaging, storytelling and brand positioning
- translate architectural thinking into clear, compelling narratives
- bring energy, initiative and fresh ideas to how we communicate as a studio
Who we’re looking for:
- high-agency, proactive and enthusiastic personality
- strong graphic and visual communication skills
- interest in design, graphics and multimedia storytelling
- a natural storyteller who understands tone and audience
- confident editing video, audio and visual content
- curious, optimistic and willing to experiment with new formats
- background in architecture or the built environment is a plus (Part 1 welcome)
