Role overview
Aman Interiors is seeking a commercially astute and detail-oriented procurement manager to lead end-to-end procurement delivery across two to three live luxury hospitality and branded residential projects.
This role acts as the commercial and operational procurement lead on assigned projects — owning tender processes, supplier coordination, timelines and documentation — ensuring cost, scope and programme are rigorously controlled. The Procurement Manager will manage complexity across multiple suppliers and stakeholders, safeguarding both commercial integrity and design intent while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic direction and key relationships.
The position requires confidence, structure and discretion within a high-value, design-led environment.
Key responsibilities
Procurement and tender leadership:
- lead full tender lifecycle across assigned projects
- review and align BOQs, budgets, scope definitions and technical specifications
- develop supplier longlists and manage RFQs, clarifications, submissions and commercial comparisons
- produce structured tender analyses and award recommendations
- maintain oversight of critical-path procurement packages
- proactively identify, manage and escalate procurement risks or programme impacts
- ensure alignment between design intent, cost parameters and delivery strategy
Supplier and stakeholder coordination:
- act as primary day-to-day contact for suppliers across allocated projects
- coordinate with consultants, logistics partners and internal teams
- manage procurement-related interactions with designers and technical consultants
- track supplier performance against scope, timeline and commercial commitments
- prepare clear procurement status updates, summaries and dashboards for leadership
- attend project meetings, capturing actions, decisions and commercial implications
Commercial control and documentation governance:
- maintain complete procurement documentation (tenders, contracts, change logs, decision trackers)
- update cost trackers, dashboards and procurement reports
- quality-check tender returns and supplier submissions prior to senior review
- support contract drafting and commercial negotiations where required
- create and refine procurement SOPs to improve efficiency and repeatability
- ensure structured archiving of completed procurement phases
Profile and experience:
- five plus years’ experience managing end-to-end procurement within luxury hospitality, residential or high-end interiors
- strong experience in FF&E and OS&E procurement processes
- proven capability managing multi-supplier tenders and commercial comparisons
- strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- able to manage multiple live packages simultaneously
- clear communicator, both written and verbal
- advanced Excel proficiency
