Archio are seeking an enthusiastic and organised studio coordinator to join our team in London.
We are an architecture practice focussed on housing and community-led projects, often working directly with end users and community groups. Our ethos is to deliver positive social impact through our processes as well as our built work.
You will be working directly with our marketing and srudio manager and supporting our finance manager.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive, can-do attitude to problem-solving
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a naturally warm and professional manner that reflects our approachable ethos
- a good level of IT literacy, including experience with standard office software, and a willingness to get stuck in with troubleshooting everyday tech issues
- a keen eye for detail, particularly when handling administrative tasks related to finance, HR, and our essential health and safety compliance
- a genuine interest in people and a passion for helping to create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative studio culture
Essential skills and qualities:
- confident IT skills (Microsoft 365) and quick to learn new systems
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- warm, professional communication manner
- numerate and diligent with records
- discreet, trustworthy, and confidential
- right to work in the UK
Desirable experience:
- admin/operations role in a creative studio
- front of house or hospitality
- experience with health and safety administration
- first aid, mental health or fire marshal training
- Adobe InDesign proficiency
- familiarity with Dext, CMap, and/or VoIP systems
- GDPR and data security awareness
