Key areas of responsibility
Website:
- to maintain and update all Orangebox website(s) content using the content management system (CRM) as and when required
- to proactively review all website(s) for edits, outdated content and new page layouts
- propose improvements to enhance general user experience
Email marketing for internal and external communications:
- to design and develop graphic content for internal and external communications
- to research and propose new graphic concepts by monitoring relevant industry and competitor communications
- use Mailchimp to create, send and analyse targeted email campaigns, including but not limited to designing layout and content for email newsletters, managing subscriber lists and tracking the performance of email marketing campaigns
Social media (Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook):
- to undertake the design, development and formatting of all digital led content for social media
- to propose and test new creative graphic and digital concepts and content relevant for social media
- to keep up to date with and feedback on new technology features within all social media channels
- to set up, maintain, and report on social media analytics and compile quarterly updates
- to create and maintain a social media content library
- subject to prior sign off by the creative marketing manager, schedule all social media posts in terms of date and times using social media management tools, and manage the social media planning tools to organise, plan and track the social media content. Ensure that posts are scheduled in a coordinated manner, thus enabling an organised and strategic approach to content distribution
- to undertake any social media related administration
- brochures, presentations, case studies, invites, ad hoc design projects
- to conceptualise a rational graphic approach to project briefs, including but not limited to events (internal and external), new products launches, case studies, promotional campaigns
Develop creative ideas and visual strategies to meet the project brief objectives, including developing a cohesive visual style that aligns with:
- the project objectives
- the brand guidelines
- the target audience
This will include aspects such as colours, typography, imagery, visual content and layout and how these elements are best used to effectively deliver the desired message or concept.
Work in close collaboration with the creative marketing manager to conceptualise and develop ideas:
- to design and format all such content, alongside document editing and updating
- to specify and quality check the production of all printed marketing materials using knowledge of relevant materials and processes for end use
- brand guidelines
- use and maintain Orangebox brand guidelines in relation to design and identity for all brand/marketing collateral produced
Research and creative knowledge sharing:
- to remain up to date with digital and graphic trends across the industry and proactively feedback new ideas and approaches relevant to our digital marketing activities
- to remain up to date with competitor and leading industry digital communications and content
Marketing drive – images:
- to process, format, edit and create relevant images and files
- to maintain the imagery on marketing drive to ensure all photography is current and all obsolete photography is archived
