Peter Mikic Studio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic CGI artist to join our dynamic Shoreditch-based team of architects and interior designers. Our studio specialises in high-end interior design across luxury private residences, yachts, hotels, bars, and restaurants, delivering exceptional projects both locally and internationally.
The role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CGI artist to bring our bespoke designs to life. Working closely with our design team, you will be responsible for creating captivating, photorealistic visuals that communicate the quality and vision of our world-class projects.
Responsibilities:
- produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interiors, furniture, and products from design sketches and plans
- model and texture bespoke elements with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- collaborate with architects and designers to refine concepts and ensure visuals align perfectly with the design intent
- manage the end-to-end rendering process, from initial modeling to final post-production using Adobe Photoshop
- maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest CGI software and techniques
Skills and qualifications:
- a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional photorealistic renderings of interiors and products
- interior design or architecture qualification preferred
- proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Rhino, Illustrator and AutoCAD competency a bonus
- expert-level skills in lighting, texturing, mapping and composition
- a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of material properties.
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
