Role overview
We are seeking an experienced project architect to lead the design and delivery of residential projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be design-driven, technically adept, and confident managing clients, consultants, and contractors while maintaining the highest standards of architectural quality.
Responsibilities:
- lead projects across all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery
- work closely with Directors and Associates to develop and refine design concepts
- prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with external consultants and contractors
- oversee statutory applications, including planning and building regulations
- act as the main client liaison, ensuring clarity, trust, and exceptional service throughout the project
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent)
- minimum five years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within high-end residential design
- proven track record delivering bespoke, detail-led projects through all work stages
- strong design sensibility, presentation, and technical skills
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
