At Haus Careers, we specialise in architecture and design recruitment, working with leading studios across London and the UK. We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our architecture desk.
This role gives you the chance to use your architecture knowledge in a different way, while building a career with real earning potential.
What we’re looking for:
- background in architecture (Part 1, Part 2, studio experience or similar)
- confident and comfortable speaking with people
- motivated by targets, progression and results
- organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
What you’ll be doing:
- speaking daily with architectural practices about hiring needs
- working with candidates across all levels, from Part 1 to senior roles
- managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- contributing to a collaborative and driven team
What you’ll get:
- uncapped commission with realistic first year earnings of £40,000 to £60,000
- clear progression based on performance
- a more structured working pattern than architectural practice

- one day working from home each week after probation
