- specify high-end materials (stone, timber, metals, custom finishes)
- ensure compliance with UK building regulations and luxury performance standards
- integrate lighting, FF&E, and architectural detailing seamlessly
Coordination and delivery:
- coordinate closely with the Interior Design team on FF&E items and finishes
- coordinate with consultants (Architect and other professionals, MEP, specialist fabricators, joiners)
- liaise with contractors and artisans on bespoke elements
- review shop drawings, prototypes, and material samples
- attend site visits to ensure design intent is executed to the highest standard
Team contribution and client engagement:
- support senior designers in delivering design excellence
- mentor junior team members where appropriate
- contribute to design reviews with a strong eye for quality and detail
- present refined design solutions clearly and confidently
- manage expectations and respond to detailed client feedback
- maintain discretion, professionalism, and sensitivity to client needs

- deep understanding of high-end materials and specialist suppliers
- ability to balance design vision with buildability, programme and budget
- exceptional attention to detail and finish quality
- strong communication skills

- degree in interior architecture, interior design, or architecture
- three to six min. years’ professional experience, ideally in luxury residential or hospitality sectors
- strong portfolio demonstrating bespoke detailing and built project experience
