ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative to join our growing Shoreditch team and shape standout experiential ideas across brand activations, live experiences, and permanent or semi-permanent branded spaces.
This role is ideal for a conceptually strong, ideas-led creatives with a solid production mindset, and 8+ years’ agency experience delivering brand activations, events, and immersive experiences.
You’ll be comfortable pushing and presenting the creative from the start while fully understanding the realities of designing for real-world execution. The role sits at a nice intersection between strategy, design, and production. Let's use the term “Swiss Army Knife”
Working closely with the Creative Director and Project Team, this is a hands-on, creative-first role for someone equally confident leading and presenting ideas as they are shaping them into deliverable, buildable realities. Sometimes as a team and sometimes individually.
Something to note; we work over multiple projects at the same time, therefore you’ll be able to manage your time effectively, collaborate closely in a small team, and play a key role in bringing ambitious work to life.
MUST HAVES:
Experience delivering in Retail, Event & Activation, Spacial within fashion, sport & lifestyle sectors.
Solid client facing presentation skills, Deck making and development, Multi project ability.
Clear understanding on how things can be built & sourced.
NICE TO HAVES:
Technical Drawing or 3D Visualisation Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Development:
Work closely with the Creative Director / Project Team to concept and develop innovative brand activations, event environments and spatial experiences.
Production Awareness:
Apply a strong understanding of materials, build techniques, and fabrication processes to ensure your designs are both creative and feasible.
Project Ownership:
Manage your own projects from concept to final delivery – balancing creativity, timelines, and production constraints.
Cross-Functional Collabs:
Work alongside production, client services, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless translation of ideas into the physical world.
Client Understanding:
Deliver work that aligns with brand strategy and resonates with target audiences, with an eye for cultural relevance and shareable design.
On-Site Input:
Be present during builds and installations where needed, providing creative oversight and ensuring design integrity is maintained.
Presentation & Ownership of Creative:
Maintain the ability to pitch creative ideas to clients with a confident and clear vision. Care about what you are selling
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years’ agency experience in experiential design, brand activations, or event environments
- A portfolio showcasing standout conceptual thinking within the event / activation sector
- Strong knowledge of production methods, event build processes, and materials
- Confident in taking ownership of projects and managing timelines independently
- Sharp eye for detail, originality, and design craft
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- London-based, with the ability to work from our Shoreditch studio 3 days a week
