MINK MGMT. is a photographer, director and dop representative agency founded in 2012 with offices in Stockholm, Paris and London.
We are looking for a structured and positive individual with a true interest in creative expressions. We believe you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a creative management agency representing visual artists in the fashion / luxury field. To fit in the team you should be collaborative, curious, detail oriented, goal- and sales driven, sociable and comfortable working independently and in a small team across the offices.

Role Description
• Proactively identify and develop new client relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Develop and implement individual short- and long-term career strategies for represented creatives.
• Negotiate artists fees and usages rights with confidence and clarity.
• Manage still and moving image productions, from pre-production to delivery. Oversee on-set production and plan call sheets and shoot schedules.
• Collaborate with creatives, clients, and teams to ensure high production standards and simplify the process for our clients and creatives.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling and resource planning across projects.
• Negotiate and book teams, models, crew, travel, and equipment.
• Book artist and agency meetings.
• Support creatives in the creation of mood boards and treatments.
• Maintain and evolve portfolios, site, presentations and client databases.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a creative management agency representing visual artists.
• Documented experience managing production schedules for pre-production, shoot, and post- production.
• Dynamic, results-driven and resilient in a competitive market. Solution-oriented, calm and positive team player in fast-paced situations.
• Proactive with a genuine interest in supporting our creatives and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise, plan and manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously.
• Established relationships with creative directors, art directors, art buyers, production companies in the UK.
• An active interest in keeping up to date with technology relevant to the industry.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google suite, Keynote, Numbers or Excel.
• Based in London and fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
This is a full time position, based at our London office. We currently have the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
